As an aside … You can also insert page breaks in Normal view. Click on a row or column heading (for a horizontal or vertical page break), or click the cell immediately below and to the right of where you want to start a new page. Display the Page Layout ribbon, click on the Breaks button, then click on Insert Break (Page Setup group). Also use the Breaks button to remove a break and remove all manual breaks, returning the automatic breaks.
Changing orientation
When printing from Excel, the default orientation is portrait (vertical page). However, your printed output is often more suited to a landscape orientation (horizontal page). This can improve presentation and reduce paper waste.
